FAQs

How is HEAL WAVE™ different from therapy?
This work isn’t clinical or diagnostic—it’s somatic, trauma-specific, and designed for integration, not symptom management. We work directly with the body, nervous system, and story—using breath, attachment repair, parts integration, and pattern resolution, all guided by the body’s innate intelligence. There’s less talking, more shifting—and the results speak for themselves.

Can I do this alongside therapy or other practices?
Yes. Many clients find HEAL WAVE™ deepens the work they’ve done in therapy or coaching. It’s designed to complement—not replace—support you already trust.

What if I’ve never identified as a trauma survivor?
You don’t need a label. If you’ve carried stress, patterns, or emotional weight that hasn’t shifted—even after years of growth—this work is for you.

Is this just for women?
No. HEAL WAVE™ is for any gender. If you relate to the experience of high-functioning disconnection, this work meets you where you are.

What happens inside the 1:1 container?
You’ll receive weekly 1:1 sessions with Wyot inside a trauma-informed digital space. Between sessions, you’ll engage in light, self-paced practices to support integration—with feedback and guidance to help you stay steady and aligned.

Is this eligible for HSA/FSA? Yes, in many cases. We’ll provide documentation for you to submit for wellness reimbursement.

Do you accept insurance? No. This is a private-pay service and is not billed through insurance. However, we offer a variety of payment options through Stripe to support flexible access.

What if I’ve tried everything and nothing’s worked?
That’s exactly who this was built for. You don’t need to try harder. You need a method that finally meets the root.
