THE CONNECTION CALL

Twelve weeks to wholeness.

You’ll move through a body-led process that helps your nervous system release what’s been stored, rebuild safety as your new baseline, and step into the rhythm of your future self.

Somatic: Breathwork · EMDR · Mindfulness · Parts & Attachment Work · Repatterning

Each week blends guided practice, reflection, and integration so you’re not just understanding change—you’re living it.

Phase 1 / Release

We begin with your body.
Learn to notice tension, numbness, or overactivation in real time and practice simple ways to bring your system back to center.

Through breathwork, gentle movement, and awareness, stored survival energy begins to move.
You may start sleeping better, feeling emotions more cleanly, or catching yourself before old stress loops take over.

This is where your body begins to trust that safety is possible again.

Phase 2 / Rebuild

Next, we focus on rhythm and regulation.
You’ll practice tools for staying grounded during stress, rebuilding trust between body and mind, and recognizing early signs of overwhelm before they take hold.

Through parts and attachment work, you’ll create space between reaction and response and learn to choose from presence, not protection.

This is where self-leadership begins to emerge.

Phase 3 / Reclaim

Finally, we bring the work into how you live, relate, and create.
You’ll begin to embody your future self—the version of you that moves with clarity, calm, and confidence.

Boundaries feel natural.
Creativity opens.
Daily life starts to align with what you actually want.

This is where healing becomes rhythm—where you feel like yourself again, only freer.
